Responsibilities:

Carry out building fabric maintenance, support compliance checks, escort contractors, and log activities using IT systems. Maintain safety, communication, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in facilities management or relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, general maintenance)
• Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills
• Physically fit, able to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Comfortable using IT systems for logging activities
