• Perform basic plumbing and fabric repairs.
• Assist with planned maintenance tasks and weekly fire alarm tests.
• Handle general external repairs and maintenance.

Maintenance Handyman required - immediate start.

• Basic plumbing, fabric works
• Weekly fire alarm test
• Painting and fabric repairs
• Assistance with planned maintenance tasks
• Hanging or re-hanging doors.
• Assembling, moving or repairing furniture.
• Putting up shelves, mirrors, pictures, curtain poles and blinds.
• Changing door locks and door furniture.
• Replacing toilet seats
• Attending to leaking or blocked toilets
• Putting up new washroom dispensers
• Changing faulty lamps
• General external repairs/maintenance

We can be flexible with the start and finish times to suit the sites requirements.
