Job: Fabric Engineer - Mobile

Location: Southampton & Portsmouth

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary & Package: Up to GBP35,000, Van, Fuel Card, Uniform

Duties will include:

* Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
* Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
* Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations

What are they looking for?

* Proven experience in building services maintenance
* Experience working within a commercial environment
* Previous experience working as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong problem-solving skills
