A leading Facilities & Maintenance provider is looking for a skilled Fabric Engineer to join their team in Gatwick. Responsibilities include delivering maintenance works while ensuring high standards and health and safety compliance. Candidates should have proven experience in building services maintenance and hold a full UK Driving Licence.

• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer within the FM sector.

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works.
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, electrical work.
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance.

Job: Fabric Engineer (static)

Duties will include:

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
