Fabric Engineer - High-End Residential Portfolio | Belgravia, London

Up to £37,000 + Overtime | Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm | No Call-Out | Leading FM Provider

We are working with the UK's largest Facilities Management provider to recruit a Fabric Engineer for a prestigious, high-end residential portfolio in the heart of Belgravia, London.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of communal areas within luxury residential buildings. You'll be joining a world-class FM team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across high-end environments.

What you'll be doing:

1. Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance and repairs to communal spaces.
2. Working on fire door inspections, repairs, and general remedial works.
3. Supporting with general building maintenance including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing.
4. Liaising with residents and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience in building/fabric maintenance within commercial or high-end residential settings.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire doors (inspection and remedial work).
3. A solid understanding of general fabric and trade skills (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.).
4. A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
