JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a large commercial building in Speke. They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyperson background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.

This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm however flexibility is offered (earlier start if desired). Overtime is available but not mandatory.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance
Looking after the fabric of the building including:
Minor Joinery
Minor plastering
Painting (touching up)
PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc
Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Building relationships with client and contractors on site

Requirements for the role

On offer is a salary from £32,000 - £35,000 + holidays. Overtime is available.
