Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Fabric Engineering.
  • Must have PASMA certification.
  • Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out fabric maintenance tasks to meet service level agreements.
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance as needed.
  • Respond to building fabric emergency repairs.

My Client is an establish FM Company, who areseeking a qualified and experienced Fabric Engineer to join their team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress as a Supervisor.

The successful Fabric Engineer will have:

  • An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within a Trade, as well as PASMA
  • Minimum of 2 years Fabric Engineering experience
  • Experience working within FM

The duties of the Fabric Engineer will include:

  • Ensuring that fabric maintenance tasks are carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  • To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as required. Including, but not limited to electrical & mechanical PPM (where skills are possible) and reactive works, minor building repairs, fabric repairs, plumbing works including
  • Responding to building fabric emergency repairs as needed and providing assistance to colleagues when required.
    Undertaking reactive maintenance assigned via the helpdesk and completing fabric planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
