Job summary

Empro Group in Liverpool is seeking a qualified Fabric Engineer to join their team and progress toward supervision. The role focuses on fabric maintenance, planned and reactive tasks, and coordinating with the helpdesk to ensure service levels are met.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and PASMA, with at least 2 years of fabric engineering experience in FM environments. This position offers on-site work in Liverpool.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within a trade, plus PASMA.
• Minimum 2 years Fabric Engineering experience.
• Experience working within facilities management (FM).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that fabric maintenance tasks are carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as required. Including, but not limited to electrical & mechanical PPM (where skills are possible) and reactive works, minor building repairs, fabric repairs, plumbing works including
• Responding to building fabric emergency repairs as needed and providing assistance to colleagues when required. Undertaking reactive maintenance assigned via the helpdesk and completing fabric planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
