Ivy Resource Group is currently looking to hire a Fabric Engineer to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in South East London.

The company:

Our client is a regional construction and property maintenance company operating in the South of England. They have recently secured a 5-year contract with a leading supermarket chain.

The role:

Responsibilities include completing PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks, mainly in supermarkets. Duties involve maintenance and repair works such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Essential requirements:

• Driving licence
• Residence in South East London

What we are looking for:

Ideally, candidates should have a trade qualification, but relevant experience is essential.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary (£32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience)

• Overtime: Time and a half after basic hours; double time after 1 pm Saturday and all day Sunday/Bank holidays
• Participation in out-of-hours call-out rota (1 week every 6 weeks)
• Standby pay: £105 per week + overtime rates
