Role: Fabric Engineer
Location: South Coast
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary and Package: Up to GBP35,000, Van, Fuel Card, Uniform

Duties Will Include:

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating, and other tasks
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations

• Proven experience in building services maintenance
• Experience working within a commercial environment
• Previous experience working as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
