Job summary

Qualifications

• Fabric or carpentry background with practical field experience.
• COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment familiarity.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive works and complete tasks within timescales.
• Carry out site surveys, prepare Works Requests and risk assessments.
• Repair floor and wall coverings and ceiling tiles.
• Manage lighting, lamp changes, AHU/FCU filters and basic plumbing.
• Work safely following Health and Safety at Work regulations.
• Support the Technical Services Manager with additional tasks as required.
