Job summary

Apleona UK is hiring a Building Fabric Technician / Handyperson for client premises in Hursley. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high standards and professional interaction with tenants and clients.

You will install, maintain and repair fabric systems, diagnose problems, select appropriate materials, and work closely with contractors. Ideal candidates hold recognised trade qualifications or equivalent experience, be IT literate, and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Recognised industry qualifications or equivalent training in mechanical, plumbing or carpentry.
• Broad knowledge of building services systems, maintenance management and health & safety procedures.
• IT literate and holds a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance at client premises.
• Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components.
• Diagnose problems, select materials and provide advice to clients and contractors.
• Interact professionally with clients/tenants to deliver high service levels.
