Apleona Hsg S.P.A. is recruiting a Building Fabric Technician / Handyperson for client premises in the Hursley area. Role involves planned and reactive maintenance, fabric systems work, and interacting with tenants to ensure high service standards.

The ideal candidate has industry qualifications or equivalent experience, IT literacy, and a valid UK driving license. Hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with 40 hours per week and potential flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance at client premises.
• Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components.
• Interact professionally with clients/tenants and provide advice as needed.
• Assist with plumbing or carpentry tasks as required.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility to meet service delivery goals

  In this role asBuilding Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician / Handyperson will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.

  As ourBuilding Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components and installing and maintaining a host of different fabric aspects and on occasions assisting with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks. You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems; selecting appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors and other professionals. You must have basic knowledge of either plumbing or carpentry

  Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either mechanical / plumbing / carpentry. Or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
  • IT Literate.
  • Valid UK Driving license
