Your new company
A Wirral Primary School located in Birkenhead is looking for a F2 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team for at least one academic year starting in September 2025.

Your new role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN trained Teaching Assistants to support a challenging Foundation Stage 2 (F2) pupil. You will be working closely with a pupil in Foundation Stage 2 who requires additional support due to behavioural and learning challenges. Your role will involve implementing individualised education plans, providing one-on-one support, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Support the pupil in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning goals.
  • Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the pupil's needs are met.
  • Monitor and record the pupil's progress and adapt support as necessary.
