Job summary

HPP offers a student engineering placement at our Technology Centre in Northamptonshire, with rotations across Formula 1 and Advanced Technology. You will work in departments like Calibrations & Controls, Mechatronics & Chassis, and Test Engineering, guided by a personal mentor.

Expect exposure to world-class facilities, potential chartered-status pathways with the IET, and a competitive £30,000 annual salary plus benefits and leave. Location is Brixworth.

Qualifications

• Curious, tenacious and driven to work in a fast-paced environment.
• On-track to achieve a 2.1 degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong academic background in maths or sciences.
• Hands-on experience to complement academic studies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver calibration and control system innovations.
• Design concepts and integration of powerunit with chassis.
• Engineer test rigs to validate simulations and push components to limits.
