Job summary

ALPINE RACING LIMITED in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Team at Enstone. You will lead planning and delivery of Formula 1 projects, coordinating with Senior Engineers and Production Managers to ensure priorities are aligned and milestones met.

The role requires ownership, leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive improvements across Engineering and Operations. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and accountability with a drive for delivery.
• Ability to manage, lead and influence others, providing direction and support as required.
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders, with the ability to manage expectations.
• High level of planning and organisation to manage priorities of development groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Formula 1 projects agreed with Programme Managers.
• Line management of Project Coordinators within Project team.
• Author project plans for projects within assigned car sections.
• Raise works orders and create Ensemble tasks to enact plans.
• Communicate across Engineering and Operations via planning meetings and daily status reporting.
• Monitor delivery performance and mitigate slippage with stakeholders.
• Work with Heads of Sections to identify lead time improvements from design through Operations.
• Help ERP improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory of stores stock related to Formula 1 programmes.
• Lifecycle management of parts and equipment used by the Race Team.
