Job summary

Red Bull Racing Limited is seeking an Assembly Group Programme Coordinator to own planning, coordination and availability of parts across car build, test, dyno and race programmes. You will work closely with Engineering, Production Control, Supply Chain, Assembly and Trackside teams, spending time in the factory to understand progress and drive critical parts to delivery.

You will translate requirements into clear plans, own complex BOM coordination, track milestones and influence recovery

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning, programme coordination or programme delivery within a complex engineering, manufacturing or high-performance environment.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies and changing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to challenge and coordinate.
• Experience using Epicor or comparable ERP/manufacturing planning systems.
• Exposure to gearboxes, hydraulics, suspension or similarly complex assemblies is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme requirements into clear, achievable parts and assembly plans with visibility of what is required and when.
• Own planning and coordination of parts across complex Bills of Materials for car build, test, dyno and race needs.
• Track milestones, part availability and delivery risks; escalate issues and drive recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Control, Assembly and Trackside teams to prioritise critical components and maintain build readiness.
• Manage build specifications, engineering changes and event shipment planning.
• Maintain accurate planning data in Epicor and ERP systems.
