Job description

F1 is looking for an Account Executive to join their Partnership Management team. This role will work alongside a Partnership Manager to help manage a portfolio of Formula 1’s commercial partners.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage and support the account management of F1 partners.
  2. Implement an account management structure with daily contacts to ensure efficient communication and project productivity, such as regular calls, status documents, and face-to-face meetings.
  3. Take a proactive and organized approach to delivering partnership rights and supporting team responsibilities aligned with partner ambitions.
  4. Develop strong and positive relationships with partner contacts and internal departments to facilitate successful delivery of responsibilities.
  5. Deliver and support partner programs at an operational and activation level during Grand Prix weekends.
  6. Assist the team with broader partnership projects and events, including gifting programs, workshops, and partner events.
  7. Act as the central point of contact within the partnership team, ensuring efficient and organized information sharing.
  8. Coordinate reporting, results, and case studies, understanding key objectives and the significance of the results.

About You

  • Experience in a relevant partnerships account management role.
  • Understanding of branding, communications, and sponsorship roles for brands.
  • Proven track record of managing key relationships and high-level clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Creative ability to develop bespoke sponsorship activations that meet client needs.
  • Highly independent, performance-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Understanding of different rights delivery verticals such as social content, hospitality, and event branding, to provide constructive internal and partner feedback.
  • Creative, motivated, and a team player committed to team success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
