Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains in Northamptonshire is offering a trainee role within our Formula 1 engineering environment. You will lead quality and risk management across a portfolio of parts, coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing and Production to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery to specification.
The role supports design reviews, supplier expansion, and root-cause analysis to implement robust countermeasures, helping protect our Power Units on race tracks.
