Stoneacre Motor Group is hiring a Business Manager to drive profitable finance and insurance sales within a busy automotive environment. You will work closely with sales executives to meet targets and uphold F&I policies, ensuring staff stay informed on market developments and regulations.

The role involves mentoring team members, supporting the dealership’s marketing of F&I products, and delivering accurate finance quotations and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and insurance within automotive retail.
• Ability to negotiate profitable transactions with customers.
• Proven mentoring skills and team leadership.
• Strong network within the F&I industry.
• Understanding of relevant laws and taxes affecting finance.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
• Assist in closing vehicle sales by providing finance options.
• Ensure F&I policies are followed by staff.
• Keep management updated on finance market developments.
• Develop the dealership’s marketing plan for F&I offerings.
• Prepare paperwork and quotations accurately and timely.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports as required.
