Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Engineer to move into a dedicated F-Gas Trainer & Assessor role at Northolt or Luton. The position offers full training, funded teaching and assessing qualifications, and a salary of £42,000–£46,000 with Monday–Friday hours.

You will deliver F-Gas and refrigeration training to adult learners, shadow new trainers initially, and have mileage paid plus an excellent working environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an F-Gas qualification.
• Minimum three years of practical industry experience.
• Experience installing and servicing refrigeration systems.
• Good communication skills and interest in developing others.
• Willing to move into a long-term training career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F-Gas and refrigeration training to adult learners.
• Provide fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications.
• Shadow experienced trainers during initial period.
• Potential to broaden into additional technical training disciplines.
• Based at Northolt or Luton, with coverage between centres.
• Mileage expenses paid when traveling to another centre.
• Enjoy a supportive environment with breakfast and staff events.
