Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an F-Gas Trainer & Assessor role based at Northolt or Luton. The role focuses on delivering F-Gas and refrigeration training to adult learners, with fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications provided by the company.

You will shadow experienced trainers initially and progress to additional courses, enjoying a supportive environment, mileage reimbursements, and a clear training career path.

Qualifications

• Must hold an F-Gas qualification.
• Minimum three years of practical industry experience.
• Experience installing and servicing refrigeration systems and working with refrigerants.
• Good communication skills and an interest in developing others.
• Looking to move into a long-term training career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F-Gas and refrigeration training to adult learners.
• Complete fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications.
• Initial shadowing and support from experienced trainers.
• Develop into additional technical training disciplines.
• Be based at Northolt or Luton with coverage of the other centre.
