Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an F-Gas Trainer & Assessor in the Northolt or Luton area. The role offers Monday to Friday hours, with initial shadowing and full-funded teaching qualifications provided, enabling you to move from industry into a rewarding training career.

The ideal candidate has an F-Gas qualification and at least three years of practical refrigeration experience. Teaching experience is not essential, as training will be funded by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold an F-Gas qualification.
• Minimum of three years' practical experience in refrigeration systems and refrigerants.
• Teaching or assessing qualifications funded by the employer; not essential but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F-Gas and refrigeration training to adult learners.
• Coordinate initial shadowing and structured training for new trainers.
• Complete fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications.
• Develop into additional technical training disciplines over time.
• Offer centre-based training at Northolt or Luton with travel as needed.
• Maintain a supportive, positive working environment and join staff events.
