Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver warm guest service in our hotel dining areas. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining space.

The role involves collaboration with kitchen and bar teams, upholding high hygiene standards and being flexible to peak periods. Prior service experience is a plus, and RBH offers attractive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders with accuracy, noting special requests.
• Serve food and beverages, maintain high presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for a welcoming dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking to keep dining areas stocked.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
