Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management invites you to join The Municipal Hotel, where elegance meets comfort in the heart of the city. As a Food & Beverage Team Member you’ll work in the Palm Court area or Seaforth Restaurant, delivering attentive service during lunch and dinner with flexible shifts.

You’ll take orders, prepare drinks, set up and reset tables, and contribute to a high standard of presentation and hygiene while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service in the Palm Court area or Seaforth Restaurant during lunch or dinner.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests and fulfilling them.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to keep an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining areas stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless workspace and compliant operations.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish within our Palm Court area or Seaforth Restaurant over lunch or evening service (flexibility with shift times, days, evenings and weekend work is required).
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

What We Need From You

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
