TeamSport, the UK's leading indoor karting group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader/supervisor to oversee day-to-day F&B operations across our venues. With a superb menu of food and drink, you will lead a friendly crew, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive safe, high-quality service.

You will train crew, maintain brand standards, manage stock, HACCP and rotas, and work with the General Manager to boost profitability. DBS checks are required.

Formación

• Supervisory skills finely tuned for the lively Leisure/Hospitality Industry.
• Hands-on experience in the food and beverage scene.
• Easy-going demeanour and proactive leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
• Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
• Always maintain brand and safety standards
• Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
• Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
