Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group requires a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Hilton London Bankside. You will supervise service delivery, maintain floor coverage and support staff with training alongside the Bar Manager to uphold high standards of guest experience.

You will lead by example, coordinate with kitchen and front of house teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality. Full-time position with hourly pay of £14.65 and a range of Splendid benefits.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
• To always maintain the highest standards of service and quality, leading by example.
• Liaise with all team members and the kitchen to ensure swift and efficient food and drink service to the tables.
• Encourage team commitment and spirit, motivate team members and ensure the team receive adequate briefings.
• Demonstrate the highest guest focus & ensure individual guest requirements are understood & met by yourself and the team
• Contribute ideas/suggestions to improve standards & procedures to enable service excellence
