Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong customer service focus and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate confidently about food & beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in the restaurant, bar, breakfast or dinner team.
• Confidently explain menus and offerings to guests.
• Handle payments (cash, card, room charges) per company guidelines.
• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience at all touchpoints.
• Assist in scheduling and guiding team performance and development.
