Job summary

The Polo Club Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in daily restaurant and bar operations at our Warwickshire venue. You will help maintain service standards, lead a small team, manage guest feedback, and support stock control and rotas to meet budgets.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a hospitality mindset, with a flexible approach to weekends and peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant/bar teams.
• Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with payment systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations of restaurant and bar.
• Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction across all dining areas.
• Lead by example, motivate and develop the team, and manage staff rotas and forecasts.
• Monitor cleanliness and compliance with company standards, and uphold safety policies.
