Daylesford Stays - a part of The Bamford Collection. The Bell in Charlbury is a luxury British pub with 13 rooms and a focus on exceptional dining. We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead the front of house team, uphold service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performing environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will nurture leadership and collaboration across operations, delivering warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a historic setting.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of service standards to ensure every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.
• Partner with the General Manager and operational teams to support the smooth running of the pub.
• Lead, coach and develop a talented front of house team.
• Be a visible and inspiring presence on the floor, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
