Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for our Bricks Family Restaurant, Skyline Bar and Clubhouse. This role sits between Team Leaders and Restaurant Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading the team with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Food and Beverage industry.
• Previous work as a Team Leader or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to lead the team.
• Be a great communicator and reliable in all aspects of the role.
• Demonstrate the ability to take on challenges and provide solutions.
• A strong desire to develop others through effective training and coaching.
• Knowledge of risk assessments and Health & Safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including Food Safety and Hygiene.
• Driving focus on exceptional guest service and achieving all Food and Beverage KPI targets.
• Assisting with recruitment, training, coaching, development, and leading the team.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the restaurants and outlets whilst offering ideas for change where applicable.
• Ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained through effective monitoring, while taking financial responsibility for stock control and labour management.
• Implementing agreed promotions for maximum sales and communicating important and relevant information to the team, ensuring allergen and dietary knowledge.
