LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the quick serve cluster within the Park Food & Beverage Department. The role requires a proactive leader who can drive daily operations, uphold safety standards, and optimise guest experiences within a fast-paced setting.

We offer Full Time, Fully Flexible shifts including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.60 and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Food and Beverage industry.
• Previous work as a Team Leader or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of the quick serve team and outlets.
• Drive guest service excellence and achieve KPI targets.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the team with a hands-on approach.
• Maintain high presentation standards across restaurants and outlets.
