Delta Hotels by Marriott Breadsall Priory is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead floor service, barista and event setups across outlets while upholding Marriott’s guest-first standards.

You will ensure food safety, support reservations and group enquiries, and work closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable dining experiences in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor service, bartending, hosting and banqueting tasks across outlets as required.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safe handling in all F&B areas.
• Assist management with guest enquiries, reservations and group bookings.
• Foster collaboration with culinary and back-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety guidelines.
