Job summary

The Fellows House in Cambridge is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-performing teams. You will set targets, manage budgets, and drive growth through Sales & Marketing initiatives.

You will lead recruitment, training, and development of the F&B team while ensuring compliance with brand standards, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations in a luxurious hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years' prior experience in a senior management role within a restaurant or hotel.
• Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to plan menus, manage stock and costs, and create budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of UK Food Hygiene and Health & Safety laws.
• Experience delivering hands-on training or coaching to a hospitality or F&B team.
• Sales and marketing aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations delivering outstanding guest experiences and team performance.
• Set departmental targets, budgets, schedules and policies.
• Drive growth with Sales and Marketing initiatives and concept development.
