North Berwick Golf Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and bar operations, delivering warm hospitality befitting the Club's international standing.

You will be accountable for service quality, team performance, cost control and clubhouse presentation, leading and developing staff, and working closely with the catering department to ensure seamless service for dining and events.

Job description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day front-of-house and bar operations, delivering warm, personal hospitality and service befitting North Berwick Golf Club’s international standing.

With accountability for service quality, team performance, cost control and clubhouse presentation, the Manager will lead and develop the team, set clear expectations and work closely with the catering department to ensure seamless service across daily dining, visiting groups and Club functions.

A visible, hands-on presence will be central to building relationships with members and guests, responding thoughtfully to feedback and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, while enhancing the beverage offering and strengthening commercial performance.
