Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations in a busy hotel with extensive Meetings & Events space. You will manage the team, drive performance in service and profitability through upsales and smart wastage control.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure excellent guest experiences, budget adherence and revenue growth across food, beverage and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B management or senior Restaurant/Bar roles.
• Attentive, professional customer service with strong leadership.
• Experience processing payments (Micros) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and legal compliance for F&B and events.
• Manage daily F&B activities, staffing and peak workloads with flair.
• Coach and develop the team; set performance goals and cross-train.
• Oversee inventory and determine stock levels for F&B and equipment.
• Utilize POS data to support audits and maintain accuracy.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
• Monitor budgets and control payroll costs in F&B.
