Job summary

RBH is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team at our hotel in Scotland. You will drive a welcoming service, manage daily shifts and coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep orders flowing smoothly.

We value leadership, strong communication and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for training and career progression within RBH hotels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team with a welcoming service.
• Oversee daily shift activities, from setting tables to ensuring smooth orders.
• Guide the team, training and encouraging best performance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues while keeping service upbeat.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep orders moving.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning.
• Keep dining areas clean and health/safety compliant.

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
• Take charge of daily shift activities, from setting up tables to making sure orders flow smoothly and guests are happy.
