Job summary

Brightstar Hospitality Management is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Team Member to provide warm, professional service across all dining outlets. You will take accurate orders, ensure timely service, and keep dining areas clean and well-stocked while responding to guest needs with courtesy.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to maintain high service standards and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work late nights when required, including cleaning and closing duties after service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service (preferred).
• Proficiency in a second language (preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems or table service procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional service across all food and beverage outlets.
