Job summary

Leisure People is seeking a General Manager to head up the food and beverage operation at a working farm and visitor attraction near Leatherhead. You will oversee up to four outlets during peak periods, managing a team of 14 full-time staff plus casuals to deliver exceptional service across a restaurant, cafe, pizza, and ice cream outlets.

Working five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday, you will lead menu development, monitor GP and customer feedback, and ensure food hygiene, health & safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a positive, customer-centric team.
• Plan and deliver seasonal menus in collaboration with suppliers.
• Manage rotas, labour budgets and wage costs.
• Monitor stock, ordering and wastage to optimise profitability.
• Drive events, promotions and functions to increase revenue.
