Job summary

Sodexo invites applications for an experienced F&B Catering Supervisor at HMRC Glasgow. You will supervise a small team, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene and customer care while supporting the Catering Manager to achieve targets.

The role involves stock control, ordering, cash handling, admin tasks and compliance with HACCP/COSHH and health & safety policies. Strong communication and numeracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience.
• Experience carrying out a range of catering duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Computer literate and confident using IT systems.
• Understanding of relevant food safety and catering legislation.
• Willingness to complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of catering staff.

• Complete relevant administration, audits and payroll information.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH, food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
• Manage allergy information and risk assessments.
• Monitor catering equipment and report any faults or defects.
• Support promotions and initiatives to increase sales.
• Attend team and client meetings when required.
• Support the Catering Manager and deputise in their absence.
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures.
