The Club by Bamford in the Cotswolds is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver warm, attentive service in a luxurious wellness setting. You’ll greet members and guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience on a seasonal menu made with locally sourced ingredients.

A strong focus on hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential. Earn £13.11 per hour, paid weekly, with full-time hours (40 hours) including weekends, plus benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Coffee training or barista experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills, essential for interacting effectively with members and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices within an F&B environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Confidence when communicating with members and the wider team.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop skills and knowledge within the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and ensure they receive a seamless 5* service in the restaurant or terrace.
• Provide warm, friendly service and be the welcoming face of The Club by Bamford.
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy.
• Support smooth service flow during busy periods and weekends.
• Adhere to food safety standards and uphold high hygiene practices.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Member to join our passionate team at the Bamford luxury members club in the Cotswolds.

If you have experience in delivering exceptional service we would like you to be the welcoming face of our wellness club, ensuring each member's experience is seamless and memorable.

With a warm and friendly personality you will greet all members and guests and ensure they receive a 5* star service in the relaxed restaurant which boasts a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients or on the open-air, sunlit terrace which overlooks the surrounding orchard.
