Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations of breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar and room service
• Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain stock
• Handles guest inquiries and resolves issues promptly
• Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assists with budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
• Promotes a culture of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Has previous experience as Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
