Job summary

Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across breakfast, meetings & events, restaurant, bar, and room service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant London setting.

You will work closely with kitchen and service teams, monitor standards, support budgeting and cost controls, and help achieve revenue targets while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations of breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
• Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain stock levels
• Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
• Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
• Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
