Job summary

Stamford Bridge Hotel London is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Assistant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.

A Food and Beverage Assistant will be highly courteous, provide exceptional service with full knowledge of products and facilities, and work with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
• A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression.
