Overview

F & B Assistant, Sora Manchester. Newly opened and located in the heart of the city on Albert Square, Malmaison Manchester Deansgate features 70 design-led rooms, an iconic Malmaison Bar & Grill, and the SORA rooftop Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant. We are recruiting for Sora F&B Team Members to be a key part of the team and contribute to building and shaping the department's success. A bespoke, tailored training and development plan starts prior to opening and continues after we welcome our first guests, helping you grow within one of the most dynamic brands in the business.

The venue is the biggest and most exciting to open in Manchester this year, and is looking for a passionate Server to join the team. Sora Sky Bar is a one-of-a-kind bar and restaurant offering the best Asian Fusion tapas and cocktail experience on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Be a hands-on operator who uses knowledge and experience to motivate, educate, and inspire the team.
  • Deliver high standards of guest service, ensuring guests leave with a memorable experience.
  • Work as part of a front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Adapt to a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible patterns discussed at interview.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand standards and supporting department development.
Qualifications
