Job summary

Frasers Hospitality Exeter is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support events and the F&B team at Hotel du Vin Exeter. You will help manage service flow, coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant management, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a busy, multi-brand hotel environment.

The role requires passion for hospitality, knowledge of food and beverage, and a flexible shift pattern across 7 days. Staff benefits and career development are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline hospitality or food & beverage is beneficial.
• Strong customer-service focus and guest interaction skills.
• Able to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

In this role you will assist in the smooth running of all our events, be part of the Food & Beverage team and grab your chance to work with the best food, drink and a brand you can be proud of. You’ll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management team to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests. This role also involves working within our 3 AA rosette restaurant where you will be expected to maintain current standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
