Job summary

Hotel du Vin Newcastle is seeking an F&B Assistant to be the face of the restaurant. You will help control dining flow and liaise with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth guest experience. Earn up to £12.80 per hour, on a 16-hour-per-week contract, with permanent rights and potential TRONC payments.

We operate 7 days a week and can offer flexible shifts. Training and national apprenticeships sit alongside our brand training.

Qualifications

• Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn.
• Experience not required but helpful.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
