Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Cambridge is seeking a Breakfast F&B Assistant to start guests' day with a warm welcome and superb service. Working from early hours, you will collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure breakfast runs smoothly and guests are cared for.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but it's not essential.
• What matters most is a positive attitude, a passion for delivering great customer service, and a willingness to learn.

As a Breakfast F&B Assistant, you'll play an important part in starting our guests' day on the right note. Working from 6.30am, you'll provide a warm welcome, deliver excellent service, and help create a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast experience. You'll work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure service runs smoothly, tables are well presented, and guests receive everything they need.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need team members who can work a variety of shifts and days. While this role focuses on our breakfast service and early starts, contracted hours and shift patterns can be discussed at interview.
