Connex Education are recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support learners with SEND in a Runcorn school. The role is five days a week (flexible for part-time/job-share) and involves assisting in a SEND environment with Severe Learning Difficulties. A DBS Update Service check or willingness to apply is required.
The school serves KS1/KS2 EYFS learners with complex needs; staff provide tailored, sensory-focused education and strong safeguarding practices. DBS checks are essential.

£575 – £600 per week (dependent on experience)
Connex Education are looking for a EYFS Teaching Assistant who has a strong interest in SEND. The role is for a School in Runcorn who cater for students with SLD.
The school cater for children KS1 and KS2 children who are learning at an EYFS Level, whos primary need is Severe Learning Difficulties – some students may have further needs such as severe language and commincation needs and Pica. The staff here provide specialised education tailored to each students needs and abilities. The school is well equipped with resources and equipment to ensure students are stimulated, happy and sensory / emotional needs are met.
The school are looking for someone who can commit Monday – Friday, but will also consider part time / job shares for suitable applicants.
All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, including a DBS check. All appointments will be made subject to a DBS check.
