Qualifications

• Full and relevant level 3 Childcare/ Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years or a nursery setting.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents and professionals and a strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, enthusiastic and team-focused approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
